At Zaykah, we value customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality and food safety standards. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 7 days of delivery by informing us via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and verified. Refunds are issued only through the original payment method.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed food products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Health and hygiene-related products once opened
Food Product Disclaimer
Zaykah products such as honey and ghee are natural food products.
Variations in color, aroma, thickness, crystallization, taste, or texture are natural characteristics and do not indicate defects. Refunds will not be accepted based on personal taste or preference.
Improper storage, including exposure to heat, sunlight, moisture, or use of wet utensils, may affect product quality. Such cases are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Customers are advised to check ingredients before consumption. Zaykah is not responsible for allergic reactions or individual health sensitivities.
Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided as applicable.
Shipping & Refund Timeline
- Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer
- If the issue is due to our error, Zaykah will bear the return shipping cost
- Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect, depending on the payment gateway or bank
